I've spent my career at the intersection of fundraising, corporate partnerships, and revenue strategy, working across nonprofits, mission-driven healthcare and housing organizations, and high-growth companies. What ties it all together is a belief that sustainable funding builds sustainable impact.

Most development professionals come from one world or the other. I've built revenue from both sides, securing foundation grants, cultivating major donors, and closing corporate partnerships, while also building the operational infrastructure that makes a fundraising program run at scale.

At Housing Works, I took a development program with untapped potential and built it into a diversified revenue engine, spanning grant funding and foundation relationships, corporate partnerships, event sponsorship, and a volunteer program overhauled into a revenue-generating department.

Grew event sponsorship revenue from $400K to $700K in year one across three flagship events including a 500-person gala, a cycling fundraiser, and Pride activations, with $1M+ projected. Secured foundation grants and major corporate partnerships across a portfolio of 200+ donors and partners.
