I've spent my career at the intersection of fundraising, corporate partnerships, and revenue strategy, working across nonprofits, mission-driven healthcare and housing organizations, and high-growth companies. What ties it all together is a belief that sustainable funding builds sustainable impact.
Most development professionals come from one world or the other. I've built revenue from both sides, securing foundation grants, cultivating major donors, and closing corporate partnerships, while also building the operational infrastructure that makes a fundraising program run at scale.
At Housing Works, I took a development program with untapped potential and built it into a diversified revenue engine, spanning grant funding and foundation relationships, corporate partnerships, event sponsorship, and a volunteer program overhauled into a revenue-generating department.
Experience
Built the corporate development program from the ground up, creating Salesforce infrastructure, campaign architecture, and partner management systems where none existed. Grew event sponsorship revenue from $400K to $700K in year one across three flagship events including a 500-person gala, a cycling fundraiser, and Pride activations, with $1M+ projected. Secured foundation grants and major corporate partnerships across a portfolio of 200+ donors and partners.
Led multi-channel fundraising campaigns engaging a donor base of 5,000+. Directed digital strategy to a 75,000+ subscriber base. Built out Salesforce campaign architecture and donor segmentation from the ground up. Owned Classy platform strategy across campaigns and events. Supported four flagship fundraising events.
Built and scaled strategic partnerships across financial services, HR tech, and insurance, growing the client base from 35K to 50K employees processed through payroll. Launched a MEP 401(k) offering projected to generate $300K in new recurring revenue. Built the partnership program from the ground up.
Sourced a $2M seed investment through a strategic partnership with Fastcase. Led business development across newly regulated states, securing government contracts and executive-level relationships with operators and regulators.
Managed flagship fundraising events including a 500-person NYC gala. Led corporate sponsorship outreach and secured new donors, growing event revenue 25% year-over-year.

Outside the Office
Outside of work, I'm usually cooking and having people over. Hosting dinners is kind of my thing. I also love skiing. Most of the time, though, I'm just hanging out with my partner and my dog Marcel.
